cooling problems

2001 impala overheats and no heat in cab changed water pump and tstat no coolant in oil no oil in coolant and coolant doesnt seem to be coming out of tail pipe any sugestions??

Is the radiator getting hot all over, are there cold spots? My Chevy truck experienced overheating and I had to replace the head gasket because the steam hole got plugged up with scale.
