will not shift into overdrive when cold

My 2001 Chevy Impala will not shift into Overdrive when it is cold outside. I just had the transmission rebuilt in August 2011. The car has about 125,000 miles on it. It will shift when the car gets warm enough usually after 5 minutes on the highway.

if you just hasd it rebuilt then take it back it should still be under warranty
