i have a 2001 chevy cavalier, we replaced the thermostat and the water pump because the enigine would overheat and gauges would go crazy. it worked for about 60 miles, then started to overheat again. also, i went through an entire bottle of power steering fluid in one day, but i cant see any leaks in the hoses or lines... what is going on with my car?

you may have head gasket issue. are you losing antifreeze? check radiator cap when cooled down to see if full to top. power steering pump can leak from pump shaft/cover seals front or back.
