2001 Chevrolet Cavalier Recently Replaced Thermostat Water Pump Radiator Car

I have recently replaced the thermostat, water pump and radiator. My car is still overheating. It didnt for abot a week.now i have had to fill up the antifreeze resivoir a couple of times in the past few days.

How hot is it getting in degrees F? Does the radiator fan work? Maybe you have air in the system? Any applicable trouble codes?
