IF IT IS NOT JUST THE HOSE HOW WOULD I KNOW WHAT IT IS I NEED TO REPLACE?

I'm not sure I understood your question? Do you have a visible coolant leak? If the radiator hose is leaking, replace the radiator hose.

If you have a leak that isn't visible, then it could be an intake manifold gasket, something of that nature? You could check for coolant in your oil or oil in your coolant.
