My 2001 Cavalier's Check Engine light came on after a couple months of it running pretty rough. The codes that popped up were P0130 and P0113. The upstream O2 sensor has been tested and is working properly. The car seems to not be getting enough fuel or possibly too much fuel. The gas pedal has to be to the floor to reach highway speed in a timely manner. Any ideas?

P0113- Intake Air Temp Circ Hi Input
P0130 Oxy Sensor Circ (bank1, Sensor)

Is there any black smoke from the exhaust? Have you checked the bank 1 O2 sensor?

That O2 sensor was checked, seemed to be working. There is no black smoke. Maybe I should replace the sensor just to be sure?

Before replacing the sensor, can you tell me how it was checked? Did you use a live scanner and watch how the sensor responded?

I checked it with a propane torch and a digital multimeter.
