cooling fans come on instantly and dash guage wont come above 100 replaced thermostat and sending unit no coolant flow at bled screw at thermostat housing just pulled water pump looks fine

If you leave the thermostat out and hook everything up, just for testing. Any change? Can you verify coolant flow through the radiator. Do you have a radiator cap?
