2001 Chevrolet Blazer miss fire

i have a 2001 chevy 4.3 that is missfiring on the number 2 cylinder only it has new plugs an new wires a new spider injection system new camshaft senser it runs better if you take the wire off the number 2 cylinder than it dose if it is hooked up when it is hooked up it sounds like it is ether firing early or late please help

misfires should be only left for pros anymore because needless parts get replaced. they are very hard to diagnose and you need to freeze frame a scan to find the problem. could be any sensor on engine causing problem.
