2001 Chevrolet Blazer Heater vents

I had to replace some lines up front for the four wheel drive and some how lost the vent tube that runs in to threw the fire wall to run the heater vents How would i find it again

see pic, it should be a black hose as no color is given an d will lead to firewall.
