So you want to know which one is going to work then. GU6 is the gear ratio if this is a the s10 blazer then there is only one front axle for it. If it's the full size then there are a few depending whether or not it is a 1500 or 2500 truck. Besides the GU6stands for rear axle ratio with a 3:42 gear in it. So your front would have to be the same check with a junk yard, a blazer, jimmy or 42d truck should have the same one in it make sure to get vacuum stuff and electric hook ups for it as well as axles if it is all missing.

Its a small blazer like a jimmy. Not s10 blazer. Looks like jimmy. So is there still just the one? I am going to change ball joints, wheel bearing. New half shafts.

That is what is called a "T" series by gm the s-10 or S15 in GMC's case you can use a front axle out of the trucks I specified just get the correct gear ratio if not you'll have all kinds of tcase problems. As far as half shafts go if you don't have any get them from junk yard as well as you'll need them for core deposit if you don't have any.
