2001 Chevrolet Blazer Blower Motor Works On Number 4 High Speed Replaced Relay

the blower motor works but not on number 4 high speed. replaced relay and still does not work. have tried a resistor that you have to cutout to get to it, and put a new switch inside the dash and still does not work on high. I have replaced the relay twice in the last year, and now replacing it does not solve the problem.

your help is greatly appreciated.

replace the blower resistor. it is next to the blower motor.
