we just changed transmission filter and fluid now the van doesnt go into any gear?any ideas what happened.

we started van went through and shifted all gears vehicle is warm and wont engage any gear.

Was there debris metal etc in the transmission pan fluid etc?Also your sure the fluid is full?What color was the fluid you drained?

You sure nothing fell from the valve body when you removed the filter
