My 2001 Astro idles at 950 to 1100 after I replaced spark plugs/wires and cleaned the TB. I have replaced the IAC, TPS, and cleaned the EGR (It was a little stuck). Also checked for vacuum leaks. It was running perfect before it started missing and I did the tune up.

The next approach would be using a scan tool to analyze all the sensor data and look for something out of place like TPS or CTS.
