electrical problems

A/C compressor kicks in and out, 134a is full seems to be electrical. Also heater fan motor quits then starts sporadically. Resistor has been changed, Wondering about grounding somewhere
Where are the engine to body ground points?

on the motor. one big ground is on the thermostat housing. make sure it is clean and tight
