I had my car serviced at the local Cadillac dealer and when I got home I noticed the rear of the car sits way higher than it did. There is nothing on my bill about having done work to it. The air pump still runs the usual as it did before, very little. How can I adjust it back down?

have it scanned and see if one of the suspension sensors is sticking or both. or crawl under it and move it aup an ddown see if the car coms down then. it could be a stuck shock or shocks as well.
