Location of oil filter

I have a 2001 cadillac eldarado etc. I want to replace my oil filter. where is it located? i can't seem to find any repair information or manuals to purchase for this vehicle.

If you lie in front of the vehicle, looking toward the rear you will first see the front frame cross bar(right to left) behind that is the oil pan. Between the frame and the oil pan is the filter, to the passenger side of the center of the vehicle. If you can also locate the front engine mount as it attaches to the frame, the oil filter is to the passenger side of this between the frame and oil pan.
