2001 Cadillac Dts That Over Heats Had Water Pump Parts Etc Thermstat Replace

I have a car that over-heats. I had the water pump (all parts etc. and thermostat) replaced about 4 to 5 months ago. it started to over heat about a month ago. it only comes out of the retaining tank and no other place. ( no other leaks on pavement.)
