blown head gasket

can you fix a head job (head gasket) on a deville 2001 successfully without having to change the whole engine because of and aluminium block. Is it safe to use blue devil head gasket sealant.

u need to remove them and sendum to the head shop then u need intake and head gaskets.no stupit spray tork down heads per spec.aswell with inntake gl

You can repair the condition without engine replacement, it is not cheap, and requires special tools to prep and install the thread inserts in the block. I would not recommend any additives, it just leads to disappointment.
