My car has trouble starting at times is doesnt even turn over when i go to start it. I have to wait for half an hour or so before it starts. It's had anew starter put in and it still does it. This has been a going on problem for about a year now. I need help please.

have the ignition switch and the neutral safetly switch checked as well
