Shuts off while driving, with the security light and check engine lights on?

Stalls all after driving for 5 minutes with the Security light on and Check engine Light. Replace the fuel pump, replaced the fuel filter, and replaced camshaft position sensor.

Does the engine have spark? I would start by running the codes.
