Buick Lesabre 2001 sluggish until warmed up

Our car runs sluggishly when it first starts. When pressing on the gas, it barely goes. However, if you let it sit for about 1 minute, it runs normal. The issue seems to be more apparent when it is cold outside.

You're going to need a scan tool to analyze the sensor data and look for something out of place like temps sensors reading wrong or an extremely lean mixture that would indicate a vacuum leak.
