I have a 2001 buick lasabre... it starts rough in wet weather but fine in dry, cold or hot weather. In wet weather it won't accelerate over 45/50 mph and the engine knocks badly. Gets somewhat better after driving 20+min. I have changed the wires, fuel pump and filter, coils, plus spark plugs and wires (were changed 40,000 miles). Any suggestions?

In the dark, open the hood, start the engine, and mist water on electrical components. See if there are any shorts.
