Starter not working?

2001 buick lbut still not turing over??asaber canges starter and altnator and as a lot of power in batter

One possible issue is your security system? In the diagram check fuses and circuit breaker. In the diagram, the purple wire at the starter solenoid, should be hot/voltage, with the key in the crank position.
