engine will jump

My buick lesabre 2001 after i start my car and shift gear to D the engine will jump it does not do that with R. and it dose not do that when the car get warm. i replace the front mount it still same problem. i don't know if trans cause this problem or sensor

It could be an issue with a shift solenoid. Have the computer scanned for codes. Have it scanned for both hard and soft codes. You may also need to have the computer scanned for live data, with the engine running and the vehicle driving.
