front of car vibrates and shimmys during acceleration i have put new outer tie rod ends and had wheels balanced and had front end alighned need help

if you have had all that work done that is tough. I would have said bad tires, like a shifted belt or an alignment. Have a look at your engine/transmission mounts for wear and play and control arm bushings for wear-common problem.
