Why is My Rim Grinding On My Brake Cailpers I Drove To The Next City Then I Heard A Loud Bang And I Couldn't Figure It Out, So I took The Wheel Off To See If It Was The Brakes But Come To Find Out There Were Grind Mark On My Brake Cailpers

Without knowing more details about the car it sounds like a caliper mounting bolt is broken or unscrewed and fell out. That will allow the caliper to lift up and rub on the wheel. Of all the disastrous things that can happen to a brake system, that is not one of the more serious.
