I have an 01 buick century Custom 3.1 or 3100. Code p0300 comes up and engine light is on. I have changed the wires, plugs, coil packs, ignition control module, checked the injectors, comression, and the air mass sensor. Everything is in spec. What else would or could cause the misfire? Any chance the computer may be going bad or malfuctioning?

intake manifold gasket, egr valve, catalytic converter, check hose coming from the air filter for cracks and holes, and throttle body gasket , all of these are possibilites for multi misfire
