"I have a 2001 325ci bmw with 135k miles, when im driving and i come to a stop my car will start to rev up and down and the rpm's start to jump up and down and will sometime stall on me, ive had this problem for about 3 weeks now, do you have any ideas what could be the problem?

Most likely the idle air control valve (IAC) is bad. It is responsible for maintaining an idle. Also, check for vacuum leaks. Let me know what you find.
