2001 Bmw 740 Floor Car Wide Open Check Engine Light Flashes Seems Loop Status

When i floor the car wide open check engine light flashes i seems like loop status most of the time goes open never returns closed till car is shut off has and then has code p1345. Car operating temp 217, o2 sensors read when goes open loop otherwise fluctuates above and below. 450mv. Car has 150 compression on eight cyls. Smoke test shows no vacuum leaks. Has eight new plugs. New fuel filter. F. Inj. Serv. was done. Car also seems to have a rythmic idle problem while driving. Any clue?

I would look at the live data to start with, additive and multiplicative numbers, KG/air/minute, injector pulse width, and any relevant fault codes that wont erase. A flashing CEL can indicate converter damage and will send it into limp home mode.
