My car alarm went off by it self one raining day. Now the whole car system is shut down. Now I couldn't open the car door or,trunk with my car key.

I hate to say it, but you need to have a dealer check the vehicle. They are the only ones that have the proper test equipment to check the security system. IF not checked, it is a guessing game.
