even thhough i replaced windsheild seal and had sunroof drain supposely air blown i still have water soaking and building up in my rear right passenger floorboard

When you use air to clear sunroof drains there is a good chance for the drain hoses to get blown off the sunroof module.Causing the water to drain into the head liner and not down the hose.
