2001 Bmw 525i Car Issues 1st Everytime You Turn On Off Blower Comes Later

The car has a few issues ..... 1st everytime you turn the car on or off a blower comes on then later turns off in which I believe is draining the battery. It also blows outhot air in car(I have to. Get a jump if I leave car on to long )is is running hot already replace clutch fann the radiator hose has a leak.. after. Replacing hose whatz next?

The final stage unit for the fan is suspect, replace it
