My car make crazy noises when I start it up in the morning. The noise last about 2 minis. My brake light is on but i dont why. Also when I put the car in reverse I hear a clacking noise?

Sound is difficult to diagnose from cyberspace. I would guess the brake light issue as being either brakes worn to the sensor and therefore requiring service or perhaps an issue with the DSC. Clacking in reverse only seems like an internal transmission or drive-line issue.
A safety inspection(done in the air on a lift) and scan with proprietary scanning tool(s) would be my next step.
