How do I replace the passenger mirror on a bmw 330ci?

the mirror pops out of the assembly. to replace the assembly the door panel must come off.

How do I remove the door panel? Does it pop out or do I have to grab it at certain places, so I don't break any of the brackets? Is there a pop-out behind the mirror also?
