P1136 is a manufacturer specific lean bank 1 code. This basically means that your vehicle is sensing too much air in your fuel/air mixture.
Some hot spots for this code on your vehicle would be MAF's, and vacuum leaks. Your vehicle has a lot of crankcase hoses that can cause vacuum leaks.
