i just put tires on my car and it was good drtiving for 1 day then the next day it sounded and drove like i had a flat the whole car shakes and makes noise...what could this be

Have the tires and wheel alignment checked-

Yes, it may have slung off one of the wheel weights. Bring it back to the people that installed them. They may even have left a wheel loose so check that before driving it again.
