Audi A4 2.8 quattro AWD won't move in drive or reverse. In neutral the engine sounds normal but in drive and reverse it revs on its own and sounds pretty bad. Any advice as to what this can mean?
The car was also spinning out very easily in a snowy parking lot

It revs on its own? As in with no input from you? Scan for codes, look for vacuum leaks. Make sure when the codes are scanned, you scan for both soft and hard codes, since you say there's no CEL illuminated.
