Led problems on odometer/clock/dashboard

The digits on the odometer are not fully illuminated and sometimes the whole of the red led clock dash system does not light up at all how much does it cost can I do it myself if it is only bulb replacement ?

bulbs either work or not. try cleaning all the connections. otherwise it may be a failed cluster.
