Check blower resistor, relay, and ground. Make sure the switch is receiving power. Make sure the fan is receiving power. If all these check out, replace the blower motor.

where to find blower resistor, relay and ground?

Relay is in image attached. Relay ground is in the right rear of the engine compartment.
The blower ground is normally below the blower. It's a single wire with a spade connector.
The blower resistor appears to be integral with the control unit.

I ordered the blower resistor online for my wife's 2003 Acura TL for about $35 and much to my happiness the fan now works perfectly on auto or manual. Saved me a bunch of money and time going to a dealer for sure. And most importantly, happy wife, happy life. :) Thanks for the info.
