Hello, my A/C is not blowing. I turn it on, and the car makes a sound like A/C is starting up, but no air is blowing. We put a new blower resistor, checked fuses and they look ok. We opened the hood, everything seems to be running. Should I check freon next?

First thing I would check is to see if the cabin air filter is clogged up. A cabin air filter being clogged can restrict air flow.

Something to include we are not talking about the air filter under the hood of the car but the filter behind the glove compartment, requires simple tools to change out.
Here is a link to a video of how to change your vehicle Cabin air filter.

If no air is blowing and you don't hear any whirring noise of the blower motor working, you need to check the blower motor itself. Ensure you are getting power supply to it.
