I'm lost need help removing transmission

How do i remove a acura cl 2001 transmission? from the top by removing the engine? Someone told me that i have to drop the k frame and lift the body. What do i do?

To properly remove the transmission (and the easiest). Drop the subframe, support the engine, and remove the transmission.

Removing the engine/trans then separating it takes a lot longer.
