My 2000 Volvo S80 tends to cut out when traffic lights

Every day I have to go to my company 4 kms away by my 2000 Volvo S80. But I’m often late , because my 2000 Volvo S80 tends to cut out when traffic lights, then usually succeeds to restart until at least 5 mins, which is very boring.

you should check for spark and fuel when this happens. also have you tried holding gas pedal down to start, some or all the way to floor?
