Recived water from the storm (sandy) the floor fas flooded, now the seats the mirrior and the windows want work, can it be fixed.

Of course it can. The failure has to be determined whether it is a fuse or burned out item.

Once a car is flooded, it will be an electrical nightmare from here on.
