Problems about gears not workingn(transmittion)

The shift stick does move but you can tell that it didnt shift gears. After moving from parking to reverse or drive, I push the accelerator and it doesn't move. It just skates. I put transmittion fluid and sometimes it works but when i brake and try to get it to go again, it skates again....

I feel what you are trying to describe is transmission slip, is the oil dirty and smells burnt? if so this will be an internal problem with the clutch packs and servos, this will have to be checked by a qualified trans tech first hand to diagnose this correctly and determin the correct action needed.
