used hand scaner ,was told by reading that # 3 cylinde missfired to change,dont know where it is !plus scaner says timing advanced b bank

3rd cylinder counting from the front to the rear. could be plug, coil, vacuum leak or injector.

the other code is a vvt solenoid. it usually comes from lack of service from oil changes. the engine needs to be flushed and a new vvt solenoid.
