ABS started lighting after brake pads replacement and the hanbreak lights indicating fault saying stop ,manual.When checking with the computer diagnosis it does not even see the abs unit

ABS module is bad... google passat abs module. Verify power and ground to Module, if ok, replace or send to be repaired.
