Did you hit anything?

Is the wheel bearing noisy?

An alignment shop should be able to "shim" the stub axle to bring the top of the wheel back out.

Make sure that the shocks and coil springs are OK, as broken springs and week shocks can affect
the way the wheel is sitting.
