Can not open truck with key fob or by manula trunk release inside car.What are some suggestions?

You will have to fold the rear seats forward and remove the trunk lid liner... 12 or so phillips screws.

Manually open the trunk from the inside via the linkage.

Once open, you can diagnose further.
