driver side seat will not move back

driver side seat is stuck fully forward and will not move back,bowd cable at cam has metal exposed so i assume it is broken,so how do i replace the cable

easiest way is to disconnect the electrical connections to this and pull the seat out along with the tracks. there will be a few bolts holding the seat in place.then replace the broken pieces
