You're going to have to post a whole lot more information than that. Have you checked for spark? Fuel pressure? We don't even know which system to start the diagnosis in. If the Check Engine light is on, there will be a diagnostic fault code to indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis. Many auto parts stores will read those codes for you for free if you can get the car there, otherwise you'll need a scanner or code reader.
